1.3. “Gaming Activity” includes slot machines, table games, electronic gaming devices, and all other gaming offerings at the facilities.
1.4. “Promotional Activity” means contests, draws, prize offerings, and special events conducted by the casino.
1.5. “Personal Information” denotes information about patrons, as defined under applicable provincial privacy legislation and gaming authority regulations.
2. Eligibility and Access Requirements
2.1. All patrons must be at least 19 years old to enter Starlight Casino facilities or participate in gaming activities at any location in British Columbia, Alberta, or Ontario.
2.2. Entry requires valid government-issued photo identification. Acceptable identification includes driver’s licence, passport, or provincial ID card. Entry may be refused to anyone without satisfactory identification.
2.3. Access is prohibited for:
– Individuals under 19 years of age
– Persons enrolled in self-exclusion programs administered by provincial gaming authorities
– Individuals trespassed from any Starlight Casino or other Gateway Casinos property
– Persons barred by the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission, British Columbia Lottery Corporation, or Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario

9. Limitation of Liability

9.2. The facility is not liable for gaming machine malfunctions, system errors, or technical failures. In the case of malfunction, affected wagers may be voided.
9.3. Liability for any claim arising from facility access or service is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9.4. The facility does not assume responsibility for injuries, losses, or damages due to patron conduct, third-party actions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
10. Regulatory Compliance and Governing Law

10.2. These terms are governed by the laws of the province in which each Starlight Casino is located.
10.3. Regulatory requirements by BCLC, AGLC, or AGCO take precedence over these terms where applicable.
10.4. Anti-money laundering compliance is maintained in accordance with federal and provincial laws, including reporting to FINTRAC.
11. Modifications and Updates
